The Self-paced Leadership Training Pathway directs you through online modules to introduce you to key leadership theory and practice.
This pathway covers topics such as:
- Leadership preferences,
- The influence model of leadership,
- Transformational and servant leadership, and more.
This pathway is ideal for anyone seeking to develop and document foundational skills and training in leadership.
This pathway takes approximately 10-15 hours to complete, and consists of 4 microbadges. Earners will complete two self-assessments, reading and written work in Canvas, and consultation with a leadership advisor on their goals and development.
